长粒中粳稻两系不育系嘉1S的选育与应用

摘要:

嘉1S是嘉兴市农业科学研究院与浙江大学以两系粳稻不育系哈勃1S为母本、长粒优质粳稻品系B8为父本进行杂交,后经8代自交育成的两系粳稻不育系,2022年通过浙江省农作物品种审定委员会鉴定。嘉1S不育起点温度低,熟期早,米质优,抗稻瘟病,异交结实率中等,配合力较强,适宜选配早熟籼粳杂交水稻组合,所配组合浙大嘉两优610于2023年通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定。

Abstract:

Jia 1S, derived from the cross between the photoperiod-thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(PTGMS)japonica rice line Habo 1S as the female parent and the long-grain japonica rice line B8 with fine grain quality as the male parent and followed selfing for eight generations, is a new PTGMS japonica rice line developed by the Jiaxing Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Zhejiang University. It was technically certified by the Zhejiang Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2022. Jia 1S has the advantages of low critical sterility-inducing temperature, early maturity, fine grain quality, rice blast resistance, medium outcrossing rate and good combining ability. It is suitable for developing early-maturing indica-japonica hybrid rice combinations. The hybrid combination Zhedajialiangyou 610 was approved by the National Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in 2023.
